Terms of service
T's & C's
Unfortunately we've got to have some T's & C's, so here they are:

All work will be completed in the order it is received, small/quick jobs may be able to be undertaken sooner (i.e. wax potting etc.).

Turn around times can vary, but are typically between 14 - 28 working days depending on workload and supply levels of parts.

All warranties are to the original purchaser/owner only and last the lifetime of the product.

Warranties cover defects in workmanship and materials only. Accidental/deliberate damage is not covered by the warranty.

If you are not comfortable installing please get a trained tech/repairer to fit the pickup(s), damage through incorrect installation is not covered by the warranty.

If the pickup fails for any reason please return it for inspection. If it is due to a manufacturing issue it will be replaced for free - If another technician attempts to repair it the warranty will be void and any work will be chargeable.

Online orders may be cancelled within 14 days of the order being placed (unless it is a custom build - 14 day cooling off periods do not apply to custom work). You have 30 days from the date of dispatch to return it in an unused condition, in its original packaging. If it is used, damaged or not in its original packaging/missing parts the return/refund will be refused.

All returns are videoed/photographed and tested for function upon return, if they are found to be different from the final inspection performed before they were sent out a refund will not be issued.

Custom/unique builds are not eligible for return or refund - if you need to cancel the order please give me as much notice as possible.

If you make a mistake, or would like something amending with your order, it's not a problem - just send an email with your order number and let me know what needs to be changed. On the basis the build hasn't started we can easily make any changes that are required. Some changes may require an additional payment to cover additional components/work.
- International customers are responsible for paying any importation/taxes that may arise in their home country.
