Refund policy

Online orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of the order being placed (unless it is a custom build - 14 day cooling off periods do not apply to custom work). You have 28 days from the date of delivery to return the item in an unused condition, in its original packaging. If it is used, damaged or not in its original packaging/missing parts the return/refund will be refused. 

All returns are videoed/photographed and tested for function upon return, if they are found to be different from the final inspection performed before they were sent out a refund will not be issued.

Custom/unique builds are not eligible for return or refund - if you need to cancel the order please give me as much notice as possible. If work has begun I will not be able to issue a refund.
